St Francis Community Health Centre is the medical department of HOSFA, established in 1999. Located in Mityana Town Council on Ddanya Road, we provide essential healthcare services to the community.

Our health centre offers outpatient services, maternal and child health care, immunization, HIV/AIDS counseling and testing, and general medical consultations. We are committed to making quality healthcare accessible to all members of the community, especially the vulnerable and underserved.
