Our mission is to reach out to vulnerable communities with love, bringing hope and support to help them achieve self-sufficiency and improve their quality of life.

At HOSFA, we focus on enhancing Child Development and Education, improving Health and Well-being, and fostering Economic Empowerment through vocational training and support. We also address Social Support and Inclusion for vulnerable groups and promote Community Engagement to strengthen local involvement and collaboration.

St Thereza Vocational Training Centre

St Thereza Vocational Training Centre-Zigoti is a skill- based training institution started in 1993 to support the younger people with vocational skills for self-sustenance. It is located at Zigoti Trading Centre 50 Kms from Kampala on Kampala-Mityana road.

St Thereza Senior Secondary School

St Thereza Senior Secondary School Zigoti started in 2014 and since then it has been providing quality education. It’s a day and boarding mixed school registered with the Ministry of education and sports. Its vision is; training a self reliant responsible global citizen. It has a steady performance progress as evidenced by the four UNEB sittings and all subjects as per curriculum are being taught at this school.

St Francis Community Health Centre

St Francis Community Health Centre is the medical department of HOSFA started in 1999 located in Mityana town Council- Ddanya Road. Its mission is to use a holistic approach while treating and preventing diseases to the general public, with preferential option to the deprived info@hosfa.org.

Social Services Department

Social Services Department was started early 1990 to extend basic social support to the deprived community who are registered with HOSFA. The department targets the elderly, the orphans and vulnerable children, people living with disability, people living with HIV/AIDS. Support provided under this department.

Bringing hope and support through a dedicated team of local individuals with a deep desire to serve and make a positive impact.
